No. You get UI and motion with demo data. Connecting your own API is your part.

Which Flutter version?

Each app runs on Flutter 3.47. The version is listed on its page.

Can I use it in client work?

Yes, in unlimited personal and client apps. Reselling the code is not allowed.

Do screens adapt to tablets?

Screens sit on a fixed canvas that scales to each phone, so the design stays exact. They are not built to reflow.
